Paying it Forward: FREE Fitness Bootcamp Series 2010.
Here are the details:
Who: You (bring a friend too!)
When: Saturday morning starting Oct. 2nd running for 7 Weeks. You can jump in any time!
How Long: plan on 1 hour
Where: Trinity Park- Corner of West 7th Street and Stayton Street. Next to the Fort Worth Fallen Firefighter Police Officer Memorial.
Parking: There are some places available next to the park. If that’s full, and it usually is, you can park down towards the Duck Pond.
Worst case scenario-park across 7th on Stayton and walk across.
Bring: Yoga Mat or large towel, water and sweat towel. No weights needed for the first couple weeks. A great attitude and a desire to work hard and have fun!
Donation– optional but encouraged. Cans of food to donate to the Greater Tarrant Area Food Bank- Whatever you’re comfortable with will be greatly appreciated.
What to expect: Fat burning, muscle toning: Bodyweight exercises, running(no more than 50yds.), jumping, crawling, pushing and pulling, fun and games.
You do not have to be in-shape to participate!
