I’ve heard this from people before they start.
Will I be the fattest person in the room?
WIll I be able to do all the exercises?
What happens when I’m last all the time?
Will I be so embarrassed that I’ll, you know die?
Sometimes it’s important to know who we don’t have in our program. There aren’t any professional athletes, MMA fighters, bodybuilders, Fitness models….
Just normal busy people like yourself that want to get into shape fast and stay that way. (And they don’t have hours and hours to waste in the gym)
People like you.
I think we get this idealized image from all the advertising and Fitness inspiration we see.
That’s what I like about this video below.
THIS is what it’s really like.
You’ve got to start where you’re at.
Where you’re at right now.
You’re going to jiggle, and sweat, and struggle(especially in the beginning).
But you know if it was easy everyone would do it.
But you can..and you will.
