I&#039;d suggest getting up 30-60 minutes earlier than you do now and plow through it. 
If you&#039;re up at 5 or 5:50  in the morning the normal distractions aren&#039;t there. 
Don&#039;t check email or FB, just go straight to work on it. 
You will get  twice as much done in half the time. Good luck.
