Resistance Training
The purpose of resistance training is to retain muscle while dieting.
The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn. Adding resistance training to any fitness program assists in altering body composition and improving performance. However, your body will eventually adapt to the workload after performing repetitive exercises over time. Therefore, when you reach a fitness plateau, you may require help to overcome this stage in your fitness training and lead you to a higher level.
One of our personal trainers will design and help you execute an appropriate resistance training program that adapts as your fitness level changes. We will continually assess your workouts and make appropriate changes to ensure that you are making progress. In addition, we will make certain you are executing the movements correctly to maximize your body’s potential and help ensure safety.
