Karen Atwell, 60 is a very busy executive, Mom of a college-age daughter, with many demands on her time and energy.
Initially, she says she has been trying on her own to get back in shape since her daughter was born.
Realizing she’s moving toward retirement she recognized the importance of getting back into and staying in shape to maintain her health and independence.
In her first 2 weeks in our Fit over 50 Project she’s lost 4lbs, is stronger and more toned, is sleeping better, and has more energy.
She also shares that she’s “literally happier, I FEEL better throughout the day”…

She shares the #1 change she’s made to her eating she feels has had the biggest impact on her results.
She also talks about the two smaller changes she’s made to her nutrition that have a big impact but she can stick with for a long time.
When it comes to exercise she embraces our simple motto of just “Show Up” and the dramatic effect it’s had on her consistency and attitude toward exercise.
