for a Total of 4 minutes

Beginner 4 Minute HIIT Workout
1) High Knee March
10 Second Rest
2) Bodyweight Squat
10 Second Rest
4 Rounds of 2 Exercises
Yes you can make this workout MORE intense by one jogging in place instead of the high knee march and adding dumbbells to the squat.
This type of training is deceptively simple.
You look at it and you say “Oh hell I’m a couch potato but I could do that all day long”
Then you do it.
Then you see why we can drop fat, get stronger, increase your stamina and conditioning in a short amount of time.
