First Workout of Summer 2012!

Happy Memorial Day!

Here’s a quick “no equipment needed” workout you can use to kick-start your metabolism!

You’ll feel “in control” and high energy all day long!

Memorial Day Fat-Blasting Workout

30 seconds X Running in Place (high Knees!)

50 X Bodyweight Squats

50 X Jumping Jacks

25 X Push Ups

25 X Mountain climbers(25 each leg)

25 X Reverse Lunges(25 each leg)

50 X Jumping Jacks

25 X Wide Push Ups

25 X V-Ups or Sit ups

Done and done.

If 50 or 25 reps are too many for you at one go. Do as many as possible, rest and then go again until you hit your goal number.

Today is the first day of the week. Use this workout to get started off on the right foot.
