I hope you had a GREAT Mothers Day!
The one constant I see with my Moms, when they finally get with me. Is they tell me they never took care of themselves first because they felt guilty if they did….
Then after 5-10 or 20 years of putting others before themselves it took it’s toll. More often than not they realised they couldn’t keep doing what they were doing. Over the years the lack of attention had allowed them to put on 20-30 or 50lbs or more.
The weight gain just aggravated the sleep problems that left them too exhausted during the day to be their best.
