Your Weekend Total Body Workout (Bonus Ab Circuit)

Burn fat and tone up with this super-simple circuit.

There’s a bonus ab workout at the end.

Summer Time Fat-Burn Workout

Each exercise should be done for 30 seconds.

Do each round 2-3 time

 Round #1

1. Jumping Jacks

2. Bodyweight Squats

3. Regular Push ups

4. Repeated Vertical Jumps

(or Full Body Extensions)

5. Forward Lunges (alternate sides)

6. Plank

rest 1-2 minutes and repeat

Round #2

1. Running in place

2. Wide Grip Pushups

3. Prisoner Squat

4. Mountain Climber

5. Single Leg Reverse Lunges

6. Burpee

rest 1-2 minutes and repeat

Bonus Ab workout

1. Side Plank

2. Sit Ups

3. Alt. V-ups

4. High Plank (the up position in the push-up and hold it)
