And the number one thing you can do on the weekend to keep yourself on track is to get a workout in on Saturday or Sunday.
Saturdays will (in theory) keep you from getting too crazy on Friday night.
And it sets you up to make better food choices on the weekend.
Sunday can be seen as a “bonus” workout.
Or even better, getting a head start on your week,
Basically on Monday you’ve already got a workout for that week on the board.
Any way you approach it weekend training is a positive and will help accelerate you to your goals.
