1 Minute Break Between

1) Ball Slams
2) Burpees
3) Jump Squats
Done!
Pro-Tip: If you don’t have a medicine ball any full body dumbbell or bodyweight exercise will do.
ex.
Push Ups
Dumbbell Thrusters
Dumbell Clean and Press
Front Squats
Squat
Weighted Lunges
Russian Lunges
Do this workout and you have proof you CAN get in VERY good shape with 30 min or less of exercise per day.
