Oh also no one knew their feeds were
being manipulated.
Just like you don’t always realize you’re subconsciously picking up on other’s negative emotions.
What’s this have to do with weight loss and fitness?
Everything.
The “who” you hang around with and identify with WILL have a significant impact on your results.
When you face those inevitable set-backs, bad days, missed workouts, too many bad meals in a row days…
Being around positive people will help you weather those storms better.
You’ll have more resiliency, you’ll recover quicker, be sidelined for very little if any time at all.
The who you’re around will make is easier or nearly impossible for you to give up.
When you’re around the RIGHT people, people with similar goals and desires…results happen way easier.
