I’ve got a fast and furious 4 Minute Fat-loss workout for you today.
This is is one of the workouts that our 6 Week Challengers have been using.
We’re seeing some dramatic body transformations with this type of workout, that I’ll be sharing with you soon.
What you can do now is check out the video. It’s what we call a “Follow-along”.
All you have to do is press play and then just do exactly what Karla is doing, and I’ll coach you and tell you when to start and stop through the video.

4 Minute Fat Loss Solution Workout #5
20 seconds of Plyometric Jumps
20 seconds of Mountain Climbers
10 seconds rest
Total: 4 minutes of work.
Remember the idea behind this type of workout is to go hard, for a brief amount of time.
Don’t pace yourself. Go hard from the beginning, like a sprint, then just do your best towards the end.
You’ll see dramatic changes in your appearance with this type of workout.
