According to Cornell University, the
average American will eat 6,000
calories on Sunday.
That’s even MORE than on Thanksgiving
or Christmas!
But here’s what you have to remember…
One meal or one day isn’t going to
make you or break you.
Your progress and results are an
outcome of the 100’s of small
decisions you make every day,
week, and month.
Consistently making the best
choices you can over time
gives you exceptional
results.
It’s OK to get off track once in
a while (both planned and
unplanned) It’s really not
a big deal.
And when the scale tells you
differently on Monday you
need to know it’s just salt
and water retention.
Enjoy yourself this weekend,
drink water, and make a plan
to kick it back into gear on
Monday.
