Hope you’re having a great day!
We’ve always known the power of social support outside of the gym.
There’s no reason not to take that power and put in the gym in the form of partner workouts.
All you need is a “willing and able” partner.
Because really, who wants to suffer alone. Spread the joy around.
If you can’t/won’t/don’t have a partner you can cut the reps in half and your rest period is equal to your work period.
Ex. It takes you 30sec to do 20 air squats. you take 30 sec to rest before beginning again.
100 of Everything (Partner workout 50 each)
I go – you go is the formula
Ex: I do 10 squats you do 10 squats
100 Jumping Jacks
100 Air Sguats
100 Push Ups
100 Sit ups
100 Forward Lunges
(50 per leg)
100 Close Grip Push ups
100 Jump Squats
100 Burpees
Done
Getting the right partner is worth their weight in gold.
It’s just one of the reasons we work in groups of 2 sometimes 3.
You’ll push yourself more without even realizing it.
More output in less time.
Everyone wins.
Talk soon.
