30 Seconds per Exercise
5-10 seconds to transition from one exercise to the next
Set a running clock and go for30 minutes.
1) Vertical Jumps
2) Dumbbell Squats
3) Close-grip Push ups
4) Forward Lunges
5) Mountain Climbers
6) Inchworm
7) Push ups
8) Prisoner Squat
9) Reverse Lunge
10) Jumping Jacks
Start back with Exercise 1.
30 minutes and you are done!
