I’ve noticed that beyond wanting to lose 20,30 or even 50 pounds or more. When clients come to me they also want to get their stamina back.
And as I tell them in the beginning in the process of training (Exercise). They’ll automatically start building up their stamina and endurance.
It seems the very best exercises for fat loss also seem to give you the best return on results for your time invested.
Lots of muscle used in a short amount of time=faster fat loss and better fitness fast.
Here’s what can be described as a fast effective fat loss and stamina building workout.
It’s called: 6 Minutes Of
The goal is to hit each cycle of exercises for the number of reps shown continuously for 6 minutes.
You can take a break as needed but the clock keeps running.
First round: 6 minutes
8-Jumps Squats
6-Down Dog Push Ups
4-Mountain Climbers
(4 per leg)
Rest 2 minutes
Second Round: 6 minutes
8-Thrusters
6-Wide Push Ups
4-Full Sit Ups
Rest 2 minutes
Third Round: 6 minutes
8-Push ups
6-Lunges per leg
4-Burpees
DONE!
If you’ve been just training with weights or just running, this combination of full body exercises and constant movement will hit your metabolism like a bus.
2 bad days really can destroy the hard work you’ve put in for the last 5.
