Don’t go out the door this weekend without
getting your your workout in…
Spring fever must have hit. I’ve started no less
than 8 new coaching clients in the last 2 weeks.
The BEST thing about starting out is “everything
works”. This means just about any exercise in the
beginning will move you in the right direction
of dropping weight and feeling better.
But make no mistake not all exercise was created
equal.
You’re going to get a lot more return on your
time investment with full-body exercises (think
squats) versus isolation exercises(Think leg-
extensions).
When you use a lot of muscle in a short amount
of time-you’re going to see results quicker.

Here’s your Full-On Fat Loss Workout for
this weekend.
Warm-up (20 seconds per exercise)
• Jumping Jacks
• Kneeling Pushup
• Stick-up
• 1-Leg Hip Extension (20 seconds per side)
• Plank
• Bird Dog
• Rest 1 minute before repeating 1 more time.
Add rest between exercises as needed.
TBF Strength Circuit (30 seconds per exercise)
• Kneeling Pushups, Pushups or Plank-to-Pushup
• Split Squat – hand on wall or partner for
balance (30 seconds per side)
• Mountain Climber
• Rest 3 minutes before repeating 1 more time.
Water Break – 2 minutes
TBF Big 5 Circuit Conditioning (30 seconds per
exercise)
• Prisoner Squat
• Plank
• Cross Crawl
• 1-Leg Hip Extension (30 seconds per side)
• Side Plank (30 seconds per side)
• Rest 2 minutes before repeating 1 more time.
DONE!
