One of the MOST common questions I get on a weekly basis from a prospective client is this…
What exactly do we DO in Fitness Camp?
It’s a GREAT question!!
And I’ve never been able to answer it in a way that I thought was satisfactory.
I’ve tried…
“Lot’s of full body exercises is a group atmosphere”
“Only the exercises that get you results”
“Everything that works and nothing that doesn’t”
And I’d get blank stare in return or worse they were even more confused.
So I settled for “It’s hard to explain you really just have to do it to understand”
And that’s still my best answer to date.

If you’ve never worked out it can look confusing, but you need to understand that half the people in the video had NEVER worked out before they joined camp either.click here
It doesn’t matter. You can do it.
If you’re overweight and out of shape you may also look at this and say “There’s NO WAY I can do that” and you’re right. Neither could most of the current campers on their first day either.
That’s why we have 10,000 variations to every exercise to help you from first day ever to advanced.
Even if you’ve terribly out of shape and get winded opening your email.
It doesn’t matter. You can do it
The third thing you might notice is they do more work and get more accomplished in 10min than even the most regular gym goer does in an hour.
And in a group they’re working together…that beats walking on a treadmill for 20 min then wandering around lost in the free weights for 20min before you go home.
