Step 1. Weigh in with your Coach this week to get your starting goal weight.
Step 2. Get your name on the Accountability Challenge Board
Important! Your weight will NOT be on the board. That’s between YOU and your Coach.
-Goal is 3/4 Workouts per week during the Holiday season. To help keep your exercise consistent and eating on track.
Step 3. Weight OUT Thursday Dec.19th thru Friday Dec 21st.
There’s no charge for this Challenge it’s simply to HELP you stay on track and reinforce your positive habits during one of the more challenging times of the year.
