Crush It Weekend Workout!
1) Close-Stance Body weight
Squat – 20 reps
2) Close-Grip Pushup – 20 reps
3) Jumping Jacks – 20 reps
4) Reverse Lunge – 15 reps per side
5) Inchworm – 10 reps
6) Run in Place – 30 seconds
7) Mountain Climber – 15 reps per
side
8) Jump Squat – 20 reps
9) Calf Jump – 20 reps
10) Deep Step-up or Reaching
Lunge – 15 reps per side
11) Decline Pushup or Regular
Pushup – 20 reps
12) Underhand Inverted Row
– 20 reps
13) Run in Place – 30 seconds
-Advanced option-double all reps and
time
• Rest one minute before repeating up
to 3-beginners or 5-advanced more times.
