Workout
Last week was all about the short and sweet Tabata work-out.
Today is a super-simple and effective workout.
Don’t be fooled by the small number of exercises.
You’ll be feeling this one from the volume.
Beginners-Bodyweight is good enough.
Advanced-Be sure to add weight to the squats and lunges until you have to dump it. And start the pushups with your feet elevated (like on a chair) until you have to modify.
Simple Fat Burning Workout
Reps/ 21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Exercises
1)Squats
2)Sit ups
3) Jumping Jacks
Rest
1)Plyometric Squat Jumps
(or Full Body Extensions)
2) Regular Push-Ups
3)Mountain Climbers
Rest
1)Alternating Forward Lunges
2) Wide Grip Push Ups
Done!
Total Workout time 20-30min
Now go throw that candy away.
