Labor Day marks 4 months left in 2012!
This is a great time to review your 2012 goals and set some goals for the final 4 months.
If your goal is to lose weight and there’s 4 months or roughly 120 days left. That means if you lose 1-2lbs on average of fat per week.You could be as much as 32lbs lighter by Christmas!
Ask yourself, what actions do I need to take to finish 2012 strong?
Like the end of a race or the last few sets of a workout. How can I finish strong?
What one or two actions do I need to take to start 2013 on a high note?
Just taking one or two actions toward your goal will give you the momentum you need.

One more thing that I’ll ask is to make passing on your health and fitness knowledge and experience a priority.
When you help others with a skill or habit you can’t help but get better yourself.
You will feel better by helping others, and you will hold yourself more accountable for your goals.
Write those goals for the last 4 months of 2012 down and take action.
