I’ve been asking around if there’s a name for this week between Christmas and New Years?
I’ve heard everything from…
-Food Week
-Twixtmas
-F–K Off Week
-Chrimbo Limbo
I like Food Week best…
But.
This week is NOT the week you want to completely blow your workouts off.
You KNOW your diet is going to be off thats just the way it is.
And you KNOW your workout schedule is going to be off.
Don’t make it worse by throwing in the towel on your workouts too.
Do something.
Anything is really better than nothing, and it won’t hurt to change it up.
Don’t let it bother you that this week can’t be perfect, it’s not.
It’s a time to let things go in preparation for a better New Year.
Heres’s a quick 20 min Workout to keep you on track.
20 Minute TOTAL Body Workout

30 seconds per exercise
2 rounds of each group of exercises
TBF 5 Conditioning Circuit
-Dumbbell Squat
-Off-Set Push Up
-Prisoner Squat
-Split Squat
(30 Seconds each side)
-Spiderman Climb
Rest 2 min before repeating 1
more time
TBF Depletion Circuit
-Jumping Jacks
-Push-Up Plus
-Bodyweight Squat
-Russian Lunges
(Or Reverse Lunge)
-Sit-Ups
(Or Crunches)
Rest 2 min before repeating 1 more time
And DONE!
