Typically people who exercise start eating better and become more productive at work.
They smoke less and show more patience with friends, family, and co-workers.
They use credit cards less frequently and they feel less stressed.
For many people , exercise is the keystone habit that triggers widespread change.
Exercise spills over, there’s something underneath it, that makes the other good habits easier.
