When client first start working out with me they’re usually having to change one or two habits in the first week.
And for a lot of them just gibing themselves permission to be “selfish” and put themselves first for JUST 30min that day is a BIG DEAL.
I encourage them to adopt a couple of RULES for EXERCISE that have served so many so well for so many years.
RULES make it easier for YOU to make changes and that’s all that matters.
