When I start new clients there’s always a little apprehension that I’m going to put a meal plan in front of them that they can’t do.
And that doesn’t make sense.
No one is going to be successful with a meal plan that doesn’t work for them.

And the one thing I’ve discovered after doing 1000’s of nutrition consults is NO TWO PEOPLE eat the same.
That’s why meal plans must be individualized.
I’ve also learned super-involved complex diets have an extremely high failure rate.
So my meal plans must be 3 things to increase your chances of success.
It needs to be…
1) SIMPLE-your meal plan or the changes we make need to be simple, easy to implement, and realistic.
Using food you know-like-and are willing to eat.
2) Effective-the meal plan must actually GET YOU RESULTS especially in the beginning.
Because when you’re starting out, you’re going to need some “small wins” to give you that extra kick to stick with it.
3) Sustainable-Your eating plan must be something that you can actually maintain for the next 10, 20 even 30 years.
If you talk to 1000 people who have been “fit for life” you’ll tend to see that they all have the similar diet habits.
This sustainability also helps with consistency.
And consistency with your eating can overcome all kinds of other shortcoming in your plan.
Here I share how making one or two small changes to your eating can give have a dramatic positive effect on your results.
