Summer is over, vacations are done, kids are back in school.
It’ the best time to get back on track with your exercise routine and healthy eating.
The one thing I DO know about nutrition after doing 1000’s of nutrition consults is no two people eat alike.
So it’s good to have lots of examples of what works for other people, so you can find out what works best for you.

What I have founds tend to work for the vast majority of my clients and people who are “Fit for Life”.
1)Routine works.
Having one or two fast healthy breakfasts you can go to every morning without having to make a decision.
And two or three lunches you can rely on even if you’re going out to eat with co-workers.
While letting your dinner be more of a wild-card according to how much time you have in the evening.
Having these solid go to meals gives you some structure and routine while keeping boredom at bay.
2) Your environment matters.
Researchers found that people who had healthy food choices in their environment (bowls of nuts, fruit, vegetables).
Those that had these choices out, visible, and available had lower body weights and found losing weight to be easier than participants who had junk food out and visible.
It seems like it would be common sense but you reach for what’s convenient.
So make healthy, smart choices easier to make by having nuts, fruits, and vegetables easy to reach for.
