And the husband/boyfriend wants nothing to do with it.
The husbands reaction can range anywhere from total active support (taking child duty, changing his diet too, rearranging his schedule).
The other end of the spectrum is sabotage with the spouse bringing junk food home and lending no time support.
But either way it’s on her to make it happen.

A majority of non-exercising spouses that were interviewed in the first year of the study, had taken up exercising at the follow-up 6 years later.
The key was the primary exercising participant in year one.. just kept going.
You pick up the habits of those you are around.
And whether or not you realize it, you’re influencing those around you.
The VERY BEST thing you can do to lead your spouse toward the exercise habit, is to keep showing up.
That is the key to getting your spouse to workout.
And YOU stay with it, just like the article states. by being around people with similar goals.
