Fort Worth Personal Trainers: Why “Someday” Is a Bad Plan (VIDEO)
One of the common things I hear from clients is…
“I wish I’d started sooner!”
The relief from just.getting.started is huge.
And for a lot of us beating procrastination and just taking that first action is always the most critical and hardest part.
And it happens to all of us.
We see something we NEED to do and HAS to be and we WANT to do then we WAIT.
We say “Someday”.
And that is a terrible plan.
Tim Ferris the author of the 4-Hour Work Week says this…
“For all of the most important things, the timing always sucks. Waiting for the right time to quit your job? The stars will never align and the traffic lights of your life will never all be green at the same time.
The universe doesn’t conspire against you, but it doesn’t go out of it’s way to line up the pins either.
Conditions are never perfect.
“Someday” is a disease that will take your dreams to the grave with you.
Pro and con lists are just as bad.
If it’s important to you and you want to do it ” eventually”, just do it and correct course along the way.”
