Fort Worth Personal Trainers: What Your Dr. Means When You’re “Overweight but Healthy” (VIDEO)
It’s not unusual for me to get a call from a potential client from the Dr’s waiting room.
Because they KNOW they’re about to get weighed in.
Then they get weighed in and they’re overweight even obese and not a word is said about this issue.
And it’s also not unusual for a prospect who is 20-30 even 50 or 100 pounds overweight to tell me their recent physical and blood work said they were perfectly healthy.
This can create a false sense of security when your physician considers you “overweight but healthy”
In this video I address what your Dr. REALLY means when he says this.
Before you blow up my FB feed or email with the “I’m overweight and work my ass off in the gym!”
I’m not talking to you here.
This is for those the person who has not taken action and can only “hope” their health doesn’t go in the toilet overnight.
