This is one of my favorite quotes from a very successful and astute coach.
Because it definitely answers a very common question I get from new clients.
How long will it take?
For weight loss, even a modest to an average loss of 3-5 pounds per month, give you 30-60 pounds off in a year.
What’s hard for most people to grasp, because the weight usually come on gradually, 30-50 Pounds is a SIGNIFICANT amount of bodyweight.
At any weight.
Even 10 pounds off will give you a result you can see in the mirror and in your clothes.
But for some, it’s just not fast enough.
And that’s when I have to break out the REALTIY HAMMER and reinforce that it will take time.
How much?
As long as it fucking takes is how much.
And you know what else?
The time will pass anyway.
You may as well have something to show for it.

Warm-up
(30 seconds per exercise)
• Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
• Close-Grip Pushups
• Cross Crawl
• Touchdown Forward Lunge
• Run in Place
• Rest 1 minute before repeating
1 more time
TBF Strength Superset
(30 seconds per exercise)
• Lunge Jump
• Decline Pushup or Spiderman Pushup
• Rest 2 minutes before repeating
2 more times.
Break – 2 minute
TBF Depletion Circuit
(30 seconds per exercise)
• Vertical Jump
• Off-Set Pushup
• BW Squat
• Pushup Plus
• Y-Reverse Lunge
• Run in Place
• Rest 1 minute before repeating
1 more time.
Break – 2 minute
TT Total Body Abs Circuit
(30 seconds per exercise)
• Spiderman Climb
• Burpees
• Rest 2 minutes before repeating
1 more time.
