for both new and advanced exercisers.
The Body Firm Bodyweight 200 Version 2.0
-To complete a fast fat burning workout
go through the sequence one time (200 Reps)
-If you want to challenge yourself set a
timer for 20 min and see how many total
repetitions you can complete
50 Jumping Jacks
15 Squat Jumps
25 Push Ups
10 Squat Jumps
50 Bodyweight Jumps
50 Walking Lunges
(25 Per side)
-rest as much as needed
between exercises
