To get the most out of this workout you do need some dumbbells.
This Friday Meltdown workout was designed by our VIP Boot Camper and Coach Lisa Smith.
It will definitely challenge you.
Friday Meltdown Workout
Beginners one round only
Advanced repeat each round twice
Round 1 (35Sec. per exercise)
-Jumping Jacks
-Mountain Climber
-Burpees
-Squat Jumps
-Running in place
(repeat)
Round 2 (35 sec per exercise)
-Body Weight Squats(or w/weights)
-Lateral Leg lifts
-Reverse lunges(curl w/wts)
-Hip Lift
(flat on your back-raise your
hips off the ground)
-Side Lunge
(repeat)
Round 3 (45 Sec per exercise)
-Curl to Punch
(alternate each arm)
-Spiderman Push-Up
-Renegade Row w/push up
-Dumbell Tricep Extension
-Close Grip Push-Up
(Repeat)
Round 4 (30 sec per exercise)
-Bicycle for Abs
-6 inch leg extension
-V-ups with Weight
-Side/Plank 30sec each side)
-Regular Plank
