The Friends and Family Picnic(workout) in the Park.
Come for the Workout stay for the Party.
Who: You, your family, friends and co-workers. You do not have to be currently enrolled in a program to attend. This is for any and all Clients, Campers, and readers of the newsletter.
(Bring the kids they can participate. Or if they’re little we’ll have activities for them during the workout.)
When: Saturday May 14th. Boot Camp workout from 9:30 to 10:30. Picnic in the Park 10:30 until ?
Where: Trinity Park Workout Location -(Trinity Park Dr. just east of the duck Pond)
Why: To celebrate spring and to meet your fellow health and fitness enthusiasts.
What to Bring: Picnic is Pot-Luck. We’ll bring the main course, ice, coolers, and drinks. You bring the sides and/or dessert.
What’s in it for Me?– Door prizes, games of skill and strength(like potato sack races), free food
