Before you go out to the lake and drink your calories get a fast 5k into your morning. The Body Firm is a minor sponsor to a pretty big event. The annual Fort Worth Runners Club Labor Day Race is their spotlight event.

7:15 AM – Free Kids 1K
7:30 AM – 15K Run
7:45 AM – 5K Run/Walk
9:30 AM – Awards ceremony begins
