shot.

If you’re a beginner or just getting back
into shape do 5 rounds of this challenge.
Insanity 1000 Challenge
Warmup.
3 rounds 45 seconds each
exercise.
-Jumping Jacks
-Inchworm
-BW Squat
-Running in place
-Crosscrawl
Insanity 1000 Challenge
-10 Thrusters (DB’s)
-10 Pushups
-10 Renegade Rows
(dumbbells)
-10 Forward Lunges per side
(dumbbells)
-10 Mountain Climbers per side
-10 Dumbbell Squats
-10 Wide Pushups
-10 Standing Underhand Rows
(Dumbbells)
-10 Squat Jumps
-10 Full Sit Ups
-Rest 30 seconds before repeating 9 more
times for a total of 10 rounds.
