Happy Monday!
This is the last week of January.
Have you taken action?
Are you moving closer to your goals?
Or are you still making excuses?
(Are you saying “I’ll start after the Superbowl, because I KNOW I’m going to eat bad and drink Sunday”)
I encourage you to let this be the day you take action. And get moving.
I challenge you to get at least 3 workouts in this week.
Even if you’re just getting started, get started.
(Rule #1: Never miss a Monday)
This is really easy when you’re writing it or reading it in an email.
The reality is there are a ton of things, problems, people, challenges that can and will get in your way.
I could write the book of excuses. Heard them all-said them all myself at least once-usually more.
And sometimes you’re going to need that extra reminder and motivation to get moving in the right direction.
