One thing you can to get ahead is use this workout on Sunday.
This is what one of my clients calls her “Head Start” workout.
By getting a workout on Sunday, she feels like she’s gotten a head start on the week ahead.
I like that and I think it’s a good way to go into Monday. Ahead.
This weekend workout is NOT for the faint of heart, but it is doable.
The scorcher requires you to pace yourself through each 3 min cycle.
This type of workout can be deceptive. You’re going to start out thinking this is too “easy”. And you’lll think you should add something to it. By the 4th and 5th cycle you’ll see how effective this type of programming really is.
Summer Time Scorcher Workout
3min of work then 1 min rest.
4 Push ups
7 Dumbell Swings
10 Body weight Squats
20seconds of Thrusters
10 Seconds rest
