Eating healthy and losing weight is all about controlling your surroundings. Not in an insane, OCD sort of way, but more in the way that the less surprises, and the more predictability, the better the result.
How boring does that sound? Predictability and lack of suprises- exciting. You have goals to hit, but what about having a life? There are always going to be situations that arise that beg to throw your diet off track- but instead of stressing, just be prepared.

Restaurants are businesses designed to give you the best tasting food- which means fat, butter, oil and calories. But if you come into the situation prepared, you can order something that will keep your mind at ease and your diet right on track, so you can, you know, actually enjoy your time out.
