Success Leaves Clues.
It’s not everyday that you will find a 44 year old man admitting to having “Bieber Fever”.
Just don’t tell anybody.
But there are some things that Justin has done that can accelerate your success in losing weight getting into shape.
First some background if you’ve been living under a rock for the last few years.
Justin Beiber just turned 18. He’s on the cover of countless magazines. He was just featured on cover of Forbes and an in depth interview with him and his manager showed off just how smart this guy is.
Raised by a single mother in small town Canada, no music connections and no money. He started with a Youtube video.
He only hit the music scene 3 years ago.
In 3 years he has since sold 15 million records. He’s starred in his own movie about his own life. His fragrance Someday sold 60 million dollars worth in the first 6 months. He now owns stakes in tech companies, gaming outfits. He’s touring, released a new album, and is going on a world wide tour in the next year.
Wait a second he’s only 18. Why not wait ? Wait until he’s older, more seasoned and has more time?
That’s what most people do with their weight loss and fitness program.
Wait that is.
And it’s a HUGE mistake.
The first key principle The Bieber demostrates that you can apply is:
Simultaneous action- not sequential action.
Lots of action in a short amount of time.
This delivers above average results and helps avoid loss of momentum and motivation.
Start your diet the day you start your workout.And don’t start your training without dialing in your diet.
My new clients don’t walk out the door without their first meal plan(because diet drives 85% of your fat loss results) and when to show up for their first workout.
Then when they show up for their first workout they’re already on their eating plan.
Now they’re working out and eating right in less than the first 24 hours.
Most people make the mistake of trying to exercise their weight off while making no change to their diet. Worst idea ever!
Then never see results-because the diet is the fat-loss driver and they fall off the wagon.
No results = no motivation = no reason to keep going.
Multiple angles of attack. Hard but extremely effective at getting visible results.
You’re just going to see better results, when you cut out fast-food, soft drinks and start working out 3 -4 times per week. Than if you only do one of those actions alone.
The second principle Justin demonstrates is:
Start Before You’re Ready.
Start immediately and take visible action so others know you’re serious.
Do you think Justin was ready at 15 to take on the music world from small town Canada and Youtube? Heck no.
He just started where he was. Immediately.
Whatever you think you’ll do someday, do something to start right now, today, even if you aren’t ready.
