The Holiday party season is totally on now and for the next 2 weeks.

There are ALL kinds of things you can do to stay on track.

BUT, the #1 thing you can do to stay on track is to keep your workouts consistent.
That doesn’t mean doing exactly what you do most of the year,and stressing if it doesn’t work out that way.
Staying consistent during the Holiday season means being flexible, creative, and know that just showing up is pretty awesome this time of year.
Get out and run where you’re visiting, workout with your brother in law at his gym, visit a new gym,or do these Anytime Anywhere workouts in my newsletter.
And don’t think a change up will necessarily be easy.

1) Dumbbell Squat Clean Press
2) Vertical Jumps
3) Push Ups
4) Bodyweight Sguat
5) Mountain Climber
(10 per side)
6) Forward Lunges
(10 per side)
7) Prisoner Squats
8) Close-grip Pushups
9) Jumping Jacks
10) Sit up
(or Crunch)
Complete 10 reps of each exercise rest as needed
Complete 10 Rounds
