Kickstart Fat-Burn Workout
Each exercise should be done for
30 seconds.
Do each round 2-3 times
Round #1
1. Jumping Jacks
2. Squats w/Dumbbells
3. Regular Push ups
4. Repeated Vertical Jumps
(or Full Body Extensions)
5. Forward Lunges w/Dumbbells
6. Plank
rest 1-2 minutes and repeat
Round #2
1. Thrusters with Dumbells
2. Wide Grip Push Ups
3. Hip Lift (alternate sides)
rest 1-2 minutes and repeat
Round #3
1. Running in place
Holding dumbbells
2. Wide Grip Pushups
3. Squat Curl
4. Mountain Climber
5. Single Leg Reverse Lunges
Pressing Dumbbells overhead
6. Burpee
rest 1-2 minutes and repeat
Bonus Ab workout
1. Side Plank
2. Sit Ups
3. Alt. V-ups
4. High Plank (the up position in the
push-up and hold it)
