Quite often when I’ve just begun working with a client they have to go out of town for vacation, work, or an emergency.
And since in the beginning of the program what we’re really focusing on is consistency with working out.
So I’ve got to get a simple, easy to follow, somewhat challenging to do workout in their hands.
It has to be something they can pull off safely without a coach, but still using all the big muscle groups and being effective.
That’s how we came up with the Bodyweight 300 Workout.
It’s perfect if you’re looking to lay down a solid fitness foundation your first month or two of training.
It can also be a quick “holy crap I’ve got to be in the shower in 10min but I still want to get my workout in” workout. At least that’s how I’ve used it in the past

100 Repetitions of each foundational exercise.click here
100 Squats
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
For beginners you can break the reps down as you need such as
20 reps pushups
20 reps squats
20 reps sit ups
5 times
For advanced see how fast you can complete the entire workout, completing each exercise unbroken.
And you are done.
The beauty of this workout is the simplicity and the fact that you’re using the entire body in a short amount of time.
