Getting started into a new weight
loss or fitness program can be
intimidating and scary.
New people, new place, new habits.
And the fact that you’re getting
WAY out of your comfort zone.

Goal is to complete these 9 exercises and
do 100 reps of each.
Pick the exercise and do as many as you can
until you have to break then keep going until
you hit 100 reps.

Reverse Lunges (50 each leg)
Mountain Climber (50 each leg)
Push ups Narrow
Simple in design and a beast to complete,
